Whats the difference with plasma and the tissue fluid?

Plasma is the liquid part of blood found inside blood vessels. Tissue fluid is the liquid that leaks from blood vessels and surrounds body cells. The composition of both is similar.

What's been said is spot on. Lymphatic system absorbs or drains the excess tissue fluid and returns it to the circulatory system via the Sub Clavian vein.
