Why does is Kc value change for temperature and not pressure or concentration?

Pressure and concentration change the POSITION of the equilibrium but not the value of the Kc constant. This is because the system adjusts after these two conditions are changed so that the Kc value remains the same. Its very complex apparently, I've asked my teacher the same question and got a fairly vague response.
