What do we need to know in cereals? Do we need to know like milling??
I would definitely know the milling process .. If cereals comes up, it more than likely could be asked! Know the structure of the grain (how to draw it and also know about the bran, germ & endosperm), dietetic value, different types of flour (including how much of the grain is in each type, it has been asked in the short Q's before) & pasta, oats, rice, maize & barley .. There's a lot of different things that can come up in the short Q's about cereals
any clue on whats for long Qs??
