l is the line 3x+2y+18=0 find the slope of l?

Slope is a/b, where ax + by + c = 0

3 over 2

rewrite:
2y = 3x18
divide by 2 (the y coefficient)
y = 3/2x9
m = 3/2 (the x coefficient)

what.the.matter.is.the
The equation is y=mx+c where m is the slope. So if you rewrite that equation so that you have y = something then the coefficient of x is the slope of the line.
ie.
3x+2y+18=0
2y = 3x18
y = (3/2)x9
(3/2) being the number before x is the slope of the line.
