Is there any easy way of answering these type of questions?

in b 3 they always ask you do you like the poem... say yes and say the poet uses good language e.g. 'usaideann an bhfile friotal iontach'.. then put in a quote to support it

or if there is rhyme in the poem say @is maith liom an rithim sa dan seo' and put in a quote

They don't always ask that but it's just really popular but the advice about the rhyme is quite clever, never would have used that!

And yeah always quote, but don't just answer with a quote! Explain to the examiner you understand the poem and use the quote as part of your answer. It's not the same as a comprehension where you could get away with marks for just taking something from the text and using it as an answer, you have to explain what the quote means - but by all means add them to show the examiner you know what you're talking about instead of just randomly writing down something in the hope that it refers to the question which is what I used to do haha
