I just had to get this out there because I have no idea how I could go about memorising all the information with subjects like biology or geography without using Anki. It's a flashcard system that works on spaced-repetition algorithms which basically give you cards to review just as you're going to forget them hence allowing you to retain that information far longer and with much less effort. It's completely free for mac/pc I think the mobile version costs €20 but I haven't used it personally. It can be a little tricky to get used to initially but after an hour or two of playing around you should get the hang of it. There are also some good posts on Reddit in regards to using it to it's max potential and how to create flashcards correctly. There are a huge amount of successful med school students and other university students on Reddit who swear by it and I have found it has worked extremely well for learning definitions as well as diagrams, experiment procedures, quotes for english, pretty much anything you need to remember Anki will make the process much easier and faster. Hope this helps and good luck in the leaving!
