Could be a soldier in D-Day as this year is the 75th anniversary. Also, it could be Leonardo Da Vinci as it is his 500th anniversary this year.

NOOOOO, whatever came up last year cannot come up again. Martin luther is not coming up. Same with the medieval lady.

Revolutionary leader, Monk in Early Christian Ireland, Martin Luther. Hope this helped
MrKnowitall
MARTIN LUTHER IS NOT COMING UP, for question 5 however you may need to know about the jesuits as you'll probably be asked for an account on that, the inquisition, or the council of trent, is q5 is based on the reformation.

My own predictions for JC 2020 are: A person in iving in an Ancient Civilisation outside of Ireland, a Farmer in Ancient Ireland for part A. For part B, I've predicted an account to come up about a revolutionary leader from the Age of Revolutions, a Factory or a Mine worker/owner, and an old woman talking about the role of women change during the 20th century. Remember these are my own predictions based off past exam papers and the rate at which they come up, I still advise studying more than just these.
