My own predictions for JC 2020 are: A person in iving in an Ancient Civilisation outside of Ireland, a Farmer in Ancient Ireland for part A.
For part B, I've predicted an account to come up about a revolutionary leader from the Age of Revolutions, a Factory or a Mine worker/owner, and an old woman talking about the role of women change during the 20th century.
Remember these are my own predictions based off past exam papers and the rate at which they come up, I still advise studying more than just these.
