I am making Apple turnover and chicken curry for my exam and i have been told thr start with my apple turnover so u know the way my desk will be dirty after rolling out my dough am i mesnt to clean it straight away? and also when setting up is it ok to put one of my chopping boards (im using 2 one for my fruit and veg and the other for chicken) under my table as it will br taking up too much room when im rolling out my dough

wipe down the desk after making turnover. Yes, put chopping boards under table out of your way until needed
