Can be throroughly reaheated to be eaten as part of a meal e.g. reheated in an omelette or with pasta and sauce. Make sure it is piping hot to avoid bacteria growning. once it has been stored properly in the fridge it can be used cold as part of a salad. You should use within 24 hours of cooking to avoid food poisoning from microbial growth.
