Science CBA 2 - please help!

I have a question in mind, but I am not sure if it is good. My question is "Should everyone switch to a plant based diet?". Can anyone give any help or guidance?

In my opinion, although uneducated, would be as follows: If we were to switch to a plant-based diet, we'd need to find other ways to obtain the nutrients and vitamins we would otherwise be losing out on, such as protein from meat, although we could use eggs in that case. This is just my personal take on the question, but I do respect whatever opinions you may have too :)

I would probably say no as we will not recieve the correct amount of nutrients. Animals will also start overpopulating.
