You could look for a 'Penfriend' There are some Internet web sites but be careful about who you can trust. It's a bit of luck to find a good PenPal. I happened to find a person who can speak both French and Spanish. I help him with his English.

spanish with paul on youtube is pretty good. watching spanish shows on tv may help and going through each topic whilst ensuring you know it inside out. example if the topic is school dont rely on the vocab or sentences they teach you , think to yourself do i know how to say school journal in spanish if not include it iin your notes! hope this helps and good luck

coffe break spanish is a really good podcast. I don't do spanish but I use it for french and its really good for when you are going on a walk, or doing some chores instead of listening to music
