I dont know about u but the topic is really hard so i wouldnt bother doing it.Try moments of inertia i find it a lot easier.

Just like statics it comes down to the year and question. Sometimes it's the easiest in the paper other times its just impossible.

I'm doing it. I found it quite difficult to get my head around at the beginning but after a lot of practice it grew on me! :relaxed:

Thank you, I did hydrostatics in 5th year and found it relatively ok and we will be moving onto the harder side of it this year, my teacher is planning on doing all the topics except statics....should i still try learn it myself?

We do 7 chapters (i.e 7 questions) so we have a choice on the day. Your teacher doing all topics seems obscure to me! I guess its a preference. If i was you though I wouldnt try doing all topics and instead focus on your strong areas. We didnt do statics either, If thats what you were actually asking....

We do it, its not that bad, and they tend to ask similar questions every few years. Would recommend over Q1 tbh, less chances of getting something wrong
