My advice is to get the text book"applied mathematics"by domicick donnely. Also no changes in the course.I would strongly recomend doing the online applied maths class given by the dublin institute of education. Not cheap but well worth it in the long run.

It's changing for the year after, so the current transition year students will be sitting the new course that includes the new topic and project.

New course set to start from September 2021. The 2022 Exam will be the final exam based on the current syllabus. From 2023 onwards, there will be a project element in addition to a written exam. Limited opportunities at present to study the new course externally. UniGrinds.ie seems to be the only external way to complete the new course at the moment.
