Geologic Geometry: I'm trying to figure out what the radius for the arc on the side of the car park is. It's rising uniformly from 65m to 70m so this represents a rise of 5m in total, which would make one assume that you would use a radius of 5m. Since it's fill though perhaps it is 7.5m or maybe something completely different? The textbook isn't much help on this specific area of geologic geometry.

Hello there, The radius of the cone is 7.5m. You find the vertical height of the cone into the fill ratio. I'll post a video at approx 6pm tomorrow-but by all means try independently.

I found a video for it but it wasn't clear what measurement they used. You get the rise, which in this case is 5, and then you apply the embankment measurement, and achieve 7.5? Feel free to link your video, much appreciated.
