Is a H3 possible in Spanish if I take up the subject now?

Hello, thanks in advance to anyone who offers advice. I'm in a bit of a tough spot right now, in regards to my college course choices, because the course that I really want to do requires a minimum H3 in either Spanish, French, or Irish. I thought German was included, but it isn't, which is a problem since that's the language I've studied since first year. So I guess what I'm asking is whether it's worth a shot trying to get a H3 in Spanish so I can get the course I want, or if I should just try and pick a different course.

I honestly think that it is 100% possible anything is possible. it depends on your tecniques of learning the languages, i would defiently recommend to start watching movies or series in spanish with spanish subtitles to get a good i idea of the language. it's going to be a huge challenge with the orals coming soon etc but if you have grinds it would be even better. The most challenging part for students is all the different verb tenses and rules, those need to be aced for a H1 grade

I would also recommend looking at the exam papers and doing actlease a miminum of 2 listening comprehension per week, your going to have to be on your toes , but it will all be worth it in the end 'easy spanish' is a good youtube chanel to regarding the langauge

Learn the 1000 most common words in 30 days using an app like Quizlet or Anki. Watch a movie for 30-60 minutes a day and take down at least 10 words and input them into Quizlet or Anki and memorise them everyday. Buy a Grammar book covering all the Spanish Grammar, this can be the Colloquial Spanish PDF online which is free and is great or at least I think, I've used it for different languages. After memorising the whole grammar book (should take you a 3 weeks or 4 weeks), talk to native speakers on italki or HelloTalk 3 to 4 days a week. Write a diary entry about what happened in your day everyday to hone your writing skills. Learn the structure of the exam, what's on the orals, the comprehensions etc, do a bunch of papers and you should get more than a H3.
