The Taoiseach is very enthuasiastic about the exams going ahead and I hope they do, however, it is unfair if they grade it on work done outside of school. I don't see that happening as it will require a completely new format of a marking scheme, and with regards the LC, how will work done add up to any CAO points? The colleges have no exam scores to look at. So I don't see that happening at all, the exams have to go ahead somehow, especially after they gave everyone a free pass in the orals for god's sake.

If the junior cert is cancelled there will be no need to do any predictive grading since the results of the JC don't actually mean anything

in my school, we have to do basically a mini CBA for EVERY SUBJECT! and we have 1-hour exams. so stupid but at least the "cbas" are worth more marks than the test so we will all do decent enough
