How is Applied Technology assessed?
The Applied Technology assessment consists of
- 2 Classroom-based Assessments (CBAs)
- A Project (70%)
- A Written Exam (30%)
CBAs
CBA 1 regards 'Exploring the application of controlled systems in a local context', while CBA 2 is on 'Student Self-analysis and Evaluation'.
Project
The project is completed after CBA 2. The SEC will set a brief for this project.
Written exam
This is a 90 minute common-level exam.
