They’re delighted to see a sign in Irish.

They then decide to try to promote Irish themselves.

I bhfuinneog an tsiopa, feicimid bosca ceoil, bodhrán, consairtín agus cláirseach.
In the shop window, we see an accordion, a bodhrán, a concertina and a harp.

Here, we see Seán and Máire sitting in front of the computer.

Tá sé socraithe acu dul go dtí an Ghaeltacht chun a gcuid Gaeilge labhartha a fheabhsú.
They have decided to go to the Gaeltacht to improve their spoken Irish.

Feicimid iad ag lorg eolais faoi chúrsaí Gaeltachta ar Facebook.
We see them looking for information on Gaeltacht courses on Facebook.

It’s not long until they’ve organised a trip to Spiddle.

They meet new people there and they have the opportunity to practice their Irish.

They really enjoy the various activities in Spiddle; céilís at night and games of volleyball on the beach during the day.

The sun is splitting the stones and the great weather really enhances their holiday.

Méan Fómhair atá ann agus tá Seán agus Máire ar ais ar scoil tar éis na laethanta saoire.
It’s September and Seán and Máire are back at school after the holidays.

Beartaíonn siad agus cúpla cara leo ciorcal cainte a eagrú ag am lóin.
Along with a couple of their friends, they decide to set up a conversation circle at lunchtime.

Feicimid iad i mbun comhrá as Gaeilge le chéile.
We see them chatting away together in Irish.
